As a user, you agree to use our services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the website or our services, including engaging in any unauthorized access, tampering, or other malicious activities.

Payments are not taken on this website. To confirm a booking we ask for a 25% advance, with the balance due at the start of the trip. You can pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash, and we share the payment details on WhatsApp once you confirm.

If you cancel a confirmed booking:

• 15 or more days before the trip: full refund, minus booking fees.
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund.

We are flexible in case of genuine emergencies, and when weather or road closures affect the trip.

We respect your privacy. The information you provide, such as your email and phone number during inquiries, is used to contact you about your trip. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the service providers that help us run this website.

Suryawanshi Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to access our website. All services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
