Jibhi

A quiet alternative to the Manali crowds

Jibhi is a small Banjar Valley village in the Tirthan area, set among deodar forest and trout streams. It has stayed quieter than Manali or Kasol, and works well as a slow-paced base for short hikes, the Jalori Pass drive, and visits to neighbouring Tirthan Valley.

Things to do in Jibhi

  • Jibhi waterfall and the wooden bridge walk
  • Jalori Pass and the short hike to Serolsar Lake
  • Tirthan Valley for riverside stays and trout
  • Chehni Kothi — a centuries-old stone-and-timber tower
  • Great Himalayan National Park edge for day walks
